I like the crunchy variety and because I find myself not eating so much when I've eaten apples but I prefer apple pies which has more calories than a raw apple, which fits in your bag or lunch bag easily and is a fruit that stays as fresh in your bag as in a fridge.

I'd prefer crisps all the time but they are fattening so snacks like celery sticks and cream cheese are a better option in between meals.
Apples, carrot sticks and pineapple and cheese are easier to put together in a small container.

I sometimes hit the snooze button when my alarm clock goes off. Apparently that can make a person's day less productive and groggy.
I prefer tea sometimes too but coffee in moderation is considered a good morning drink with breakfast.

I wanted to upload the photo I took in the waiting room after having the Covid vaccine - the Pfizer vaccine which I thought was the Oxford vaccine.
After getting the Covid vaccine I waited in the waiting room for over 15 mintues before the nurse says it's fine to leave. It is recommended to have the flu jab but it should be taken at least one week after or before.
The next day my arm was stiff. Many I know have taken the same Covid vaccine and are fine - though some say experiencing a headache is one of the side effects.
