A Nature's Path

The idea of a book came when I went for a coffee with a childhood friend and an artist friend in 2018.  It has been through a few revisions because I mainly use the recipes in the book! Keeping our neighbourhood clean and in line with our beliefs about the environment is a nice way to give back to the community this Spring especially after the first lockdown which began last March. When the weather gets warmer a salad for lunch is light and refreshing and even my grandmother would tell me to drink a hot drink in the warmer weather. I never believed her until I had a cold in the summer and I drank tea instead of a cold drink. It does cool you down faster than a cold drink! Easy spring greens recipes

The crocuses My guess is that the Crocus vernus will arrive late this year As Winter is mild, and the frost isn't here yet. Nor the snow dipped into sludge but snow crocuses bloom amid winter warmth. Ornamental crocuses in Flavus Family in vases make a room sunny which spark the rays Through windows in March making #ActionforHappiness a continuing process from the first month until winter returns cold and dark. Now that flicker of April showers with rainbow flowers from yellow to purple will spread happiness everywhere in open fields to welcome in SPRING a true delight. Dance then wherever you may perchance Be in traditional Cromwellian gown.  As pure  as the gushing Spring mountain water that holds off now that April heralds in the garlands of galium odoratum. Dance to the sounds of swifts quietened by preoccupation. Brooding. As the Dance continues ...

April in Spring but March takes  first mention.  2nd part of Spring, April showers, any time of the month.  Spraying flowers with raindrops without cessation. Zero mention of Winter frost during April showers. Summer flowers adorn fields  in our fixated imagination. Why think of Spring flowers when rain pours over concrete? Spring, the nature of wonder, when seen from a perspective, is reflective of times calm, ponderous and introspective.
