 I am that person who hardly go to the doctor as pharmacies have always been the place to get remedies that work. It's not a bad idea to go to the doctor for a general check up every year although surgeries are getting more crowded! Don't skip doctor visits

Reading food labels and understanding what is in our food is helpful but not vital (Do I need to read food labels? bhf.org.uk)

 I know a few like the E food codes - yet I have not had any reaction to food I've eaten in the past and now so although it is useful to know what's in our food, it's not vital unless we have a reaction to certain foods and those with gluten. Out of interest I tried the gluten free shop brand digestive biscuits and they are just as nice as normal digestive biscuits. Do I need to read food labels?

 I like the crunchy variety and because I find myself not eating so much when I've eaten apples but I prefer apple pies which has more calories than a raw apple, which fits in your bag or lunch bag easily and is a fruit that stays as fresh in your bag as in a fridge. Apples and Health
