Don't skip the doctor's visits - health.harvard.edu (an annual visit at least to the doctor's isn't a bad idea

 I am that person who hardly go to the doctor as pharmacies have always been the place to get remedies that work.

It's not a bad idea to go to the doctor for a general check up every year although surgeries are getting more crowded!
