Cottage cheese and cantaloupe melon is a low calorie snack according to Webmd.com

Cantaloupe melons are refreshing in any season but Webmd.com suggests that cottage cheese added to the melon provides the necessary proteins without adding calories to our daily intake of calories, which for me is approx. 1900 kcal daily according to calculator.net
