The latest social media dance obsession, 'the Triangle', involves three people holding on to each others shoulders and jumping in-between each other in a patter. It takes coordination, group work and a bit of cardio fitness and it seems to be impossible to keep a straight face while trying it out.

How to do the Triangle Dance via UNILAD
The Triangle Dance has 3 moves to it, one from each person.
Step 1: Person A jumps left and back, to the right and back and to the middle and back.
Step 2: Person B jumps right and back, to the middle and back and to the left and back.
Step 3: Person C jumps to the middle and back, to the left and back and to the right and back.
Step 4: Make sure everyone stands in the correct place and link arms.
Step 5: Count yourselves in and get jumping!
