How I relax and spend any moment I can
Apart from working to pay bills like the usual:
Electric/phone and Internet usage as well as the more usual like eye check ups and dental care, if I don't meditate every moment I can, I don't feel relaxed.
So I sit quietly in a quiet place and say the Rosary.
It's for me a way of not rushing around! !
