The photo reminds me of colour co-ordination and how we can use this idea in decorating a room.

Feng Shui, which I have never really thought about, comes to mind and although it may not be for everybody, the colour co-ordination ideas can be useful in deciding what colours to use in a room and where to place furniture to make it light and spacious.

Pick Best Feng Shui Colors for Your Home:

I have heard of Feng Shui for the home but never really though much about it before - the link above shows some interesting colour combination for the home.

Feng Shui according to Google, means:
feng shui
ˌfɛŋ ˈʃuːi,ˌfʌŋ ˈʃweɪ/
noun
noun: feng shui; noun: fengshui
  1. (in Chinese thought) a system of laws considered to govern spatial arrangement and orientation in relation to the flow of energy (chi), and whose favourable or unfavourable effects are taken into account when siting and designing buildings.
Feng Shui is not for everyone but I think the colour co-ordination ideas can be useful in planning a room decor.
